Will is the founder of WIRE, with over 15 years’ experience in the UK industrial and office markets. Will is a specialist in the warehouse and logistics market with a primary focus in Greater London and the South East. Will has considerable depth of expertise in both investment acquisitions and disposals, with additional experience in corporate acquisitions, development funding and joint venture structures.
After qualifying in 2005, Will joined industrial specialists, Holley Blake, which was later acquired by CBRE. At CBRE Will became a Director within the Industrial Capital Markets team. He later joined Buchanan Bond before leaving to set up WIRE in 2019. Working with a variety of Institutions, Property Companies, Private Equity and Developers, Will has a proven track record of unearthing and delivering off-market, opportunistic deals.
